Additional features for the Forms to make Answerly to the 1% in the market

I evaluated more than 60 Chatbots and I think these features will elevate Answerly to the top 1%, specially with this new awesome Forms feature.

  • Enable to associate more than one forms from an agent that can be triggered on quick replies
  • this might be a game changer to any chat-based products; add an additional field, to be able to use the fields as part of the input prompt to the agent - many of my customers wants to be guided with certain questions to get a specific answer from the agent.
  • enable to have human handover field from the forms

I would like to know what others think.

I like the ideas. Not sure I understand what you mean by the second point though. Can you expand on that?
