Allow customers to see the stored chats

Hello
All chats are stored in my account, but what if I want to allow customers or different members to see the chats that are stored without granting them access to my account?
That would be really nice, or even a way to link it to a spreadsheet with api where the chats get updated or something similar (even send the transcript via email).

Hi Nathan, there is already an option to send a transcription via email, but I guess this is not exactly what you are looking for. This is something we will consider after releasing the next critical updates.

We are still enhancing the feature for sending transcriptions. Previously, we had an “End Chat” button for the user, which is now being replaced with a “Reset” button. However, we are likely to change this as we are still considering the best way to implement it.
