Is there a way to give Answerly access to a shared calendar, allowing the bot to book appointments? This would stretch the capabilities of an already capable bot, but just asking if this is feasible.
You can already enter the URL of your calendar using the calendar interactive dataset.
If you are asking whether the bot is capable of collecting a booking itself, we are working to release a new update called “Conversational Form.” With it, you can create a sort of funnel and use it to make bookings in a conversational manner.
After the release of Conversatioanl form we will see how we can further integrate other platforms with the form functionality
