Can the Chat Conversation be sent to email after 10 mins of Inactivity?

Hi Thr,
Right now the bot is not emailing the chat until the reset option is clicked.
Can we email the conversation when there is no activity for 5mins or 10mins?
So that we can see whats happening on the chat. As we have our SMTP this shouldn’t be a problem with usage of email credits.
