Chat bot is breaking on Help Center via Zendesk

When I try to embed the chatbot on our Help Center via Zendesk it doesn’t appear on the correct side, and it’s not an option to click on the bot and expand it. The bot is part of the web page, but below all of our help center articles.

I’ve checked my settings and I definitely have the bot set to be on right hand side and not the left. Any idea how I can fix this so it’s on the left and the chat doesn’t expand until you click on the chat bubble?


It also seems like the bot doesn’t remember the responses I trained it on. When I ask about “dark mode” it asks me to specific what I mean, but i’ve previously trained the bot on how to respond to just “dark mode”
