We’re having trouble connecting a specific agent to a chat bot. We’ve set up an agent called "Acme agent’, but as you can see on the screenshot below, it isn’t appearing on the list when I look to connect the two, could you please advise?
Hi Josh, I’m not sure what’s going on here. If you created the agent Acme, it should appear on the agent source. Can you make a short video to show exactly what you have done?
Hi Simone thanks for replying. Unable to record a video right now, but there isn’t much more to say! We created the agent like we have created a few others, it just doesn’t appear in the drop down when we go to connect it to the relevant chatbot
perhaps your in the wrong workspace from where you created the agent?
