Connecting forms with chat-transcript

I have a client who would like to have access to the chattranscripts when he receives the leads through forms and he sees someone he needs to check more of the conversation.

Has anyone successfully done this and in what way? Is there a way of sending the entire chat-transcripts through other means than email and could you even connect it with the proper lead in the form?

Hi, we are considering the best way to implement this. We are aware that transcription is useful, but we are still in the process of updating the conversational form. Therefore, this feature will likely be introduced once all the form functionalities are in place.
