Converesation ID and AI RECAP

It would be great if we could have a backend AI recap the conversations and to the leadcapture sheet. Perhaps we could have a unique conversation ID that connects the two so the right recap ends up in the right lead capture row.

Not sure how a conversation is considered ended now, maybe someone can clarify? When does the transcript get send out? 10 minutes of inactivity or how does it work?
