FreeScout integration

Similar to the Zendesk integration feature request.

FreeScout is a great free support tool. They have an option for a live human chat popup, but not AI.

This would be a neat use of Answerly API. If the site visitor can request human handoff, and that just starts sending data via FreeScout api to a new chat session there. There’s already the handoff option but the popup styles don’t match so it’s a bit confusing for the user.

Likewise, a ‘chat ended’ option to create a closed ticket in FreeScout, via their api, would be useful.
