How do I reactivate my account?

Hi,

I had account before on answerly, I want to reactivate it.

When I go to “Subscriptons” it seems like I’m signed up, but I’m not really and the bot isn’t working.

I’m not sure where to ask for help or who to send message to. I don’t want to share my email here in public. But I’m sure you can find it in my profile.

How do we do this? I want the bot going again.

Hi Tomster, I have just checked your account and can confirm that your monthly subscription has been activated. I can see one agent and one chatbot, however, it appears that it’s not connected to OpenAI. Have you entered your OpenAI key in the LLM option?
