I’m finding that my bot will recommend solutions that could actually lose business for me or offer a solution that I would not endorse.
What are the best techniques I could be doing to govern the recommendations and responses the bot will offer?
Hi, this normally happens when a user asks something that is not matched in the documentation ( Knowledge hub )
There are various reasons why this might happen, the most common one is that we have only described a product or a service, but the user is using different keywords and the system is not matching it with the dataset or the matching score is too low.
When this happens, the bot will answer without using the knowledge hub as a reference and may fabricate a response.
