It seems you just adjusted the chat to be in a window instead of floating chat boxes, is there a way to change it back?
I requested a link during testing, and it opens the link in the chat window; how do we set links to open in the browser or new tab?
Is there a calendar integration that allows the chatbot to suggest days and times and schedule them?

We have completely removed the transparent window because it was generally disliked by Answerly customers. Additionally, we have introduced a “window” feature to accommodate recent updates, such as allowing you to embed webpages within the widget.
You can set links to open in a new tab by adjusting the settings at the following link: https://app.answerly.io/chatbot/behavior
