Not leave the page on human takeover

Hi
I really would love it if we can do the human takeover in a new tab or window. I do not want the customers to leave the website.
is there a way to do that?

You can keep the user within the chat widget and enable human takeover by selecting the option “Open iframe” instead of "Redirect to URL.
