Page load issue

When the code is on my page (right above /body) tag - it slows the page load.

About half the page loads, then there is a few seconds pause until the rest loads. As soon as I remove code, page loads fine.

Im running wordpress with cache plugins. Any suggestions to prevent this so I can re-add the code and stop the page delay?
