I tried to upload a text-only PDF 18.5 MB (3,837 pages) twice and in both cases, it synced to 100% but the learning phase failed showing this error message:
Partially synced. Please try to delete and import data set again.

I received the same error after uploading a 35MB PDF file. Upload was 100% but failed to sync. I tired to upload 3 separate times.
@answerly is support not available for this product? It’s been 24hrs and not even a simple confirmation that you’re looking in to it? If I can’t use the product and can’t get support, I need to leave a taco review and refund??
Hello, @Aipersona and @pkom79,
I apologize, as it was past our team’s working hours when these questions were posed.
Could you please send me the links to your PDFs? After conducting some tests, I’ve been able to successfully teach the bot with PDFs – it is likely the PDFs are not parasable.
Here you go:
Hey @pkom79,
Every page of the PDF must pass through OpenAI, and considering your PDF exceeds 3,000 pages, it’s probable that some pages are not syncing correctly, mostly due to network issues, which at 3,000 could be network issues from OpenAI itself.
Is it possible to split the PDF into several smaller files to minimize the likelihood of errors?
I’m sure it could. I will try it later at some point today.
I split the PDF into 10, and I was able to sync everything.
Answerly seems to provide good information, but for some reason, /li is appended to links. That makes them unusable as they would take people to a 404 page. Other than that the link is correct.
@pkom79 Amazing to hear you’ve synced the pdf!
Can you let me know the ID of your agent so that I can investigate why are the links breaking? You can find the ID here: https://app.answerly.io/agents/other

I keep testing the bot trained on the entire tax code by asking a lot of challenging questions. Sometimes, I have to ask the same question twice or more times to get the answer. See the screenshot. Is there a way to avoid it?
How does splitting the answer into separate messages work? I like the fact that the bot doesn’t spit out a wall of text, but sometimes the split looks weird. Lke in this case
Also, the bot loves the bullet points. It’s very useful but sometimes it’s overused.
