Sparkpost SMTP not working

Hi Support,

I’m trying to whitelabel my account: with custom SMTP settings. I’m using Sparkpost as my SMTP provider but an SMTP connection could not be established.

  1. The first problem I encounter is I cannot set a sender e-mailaddress.
  2. Also I cannot set a sender name
  3. I cannot set the encryption type SSL or TLS?

I verified my Sparkpost credentials and tested them they should work as expected.
