I’ve tried to create a webhook to fire and integrate with my chat client, Rocketchat. The webhooks for the chatbot are not firing as far as I can tell, is there more information on configuring webhooks for the answerly chat bots?

I’ve just verified that webhooks are working fine. Could you let me know which event you’re trying to use, and are you seeing any webhook logs in your account?
I have tried to create a webhook for all of the events, Chatbot Opened, Chatbot Minimized, Visitor Greeted. There are no logs being reported for the webhooks. I have double confirmed i added the webhooks to the correct chatbot & that is it live & working on my site
