Do webhook for chat work? I have setup one, but it wasn’t triggered at all (there is no log data about it). Thanks!
Hi Kipo, we will enable webhooks after the release of the updated conversational form, which is planned for this month, January 2024. You will be able to capture data from users, in a conversational way and then submit the collected data via webhooks
