White label "loading..." Err msg

Hi,

I’ve bought an AppSumo T5 white label deal for Answerly and set it up, but I’m only seeing a “loading…” Written On blank page on my domain aichat.interne.team. I’ve tried troubleshooting but no luck. Can you help?

Hi Sam, let me ping the founder/developer; we will try to fix this as soon as possible. For some people, the CNAME is a pretty straightforward setup, but others run into issues, and it’s most of the time related to the hosting configuration. @Fatos

i solved it by changing the sub-domain
