Whitelabel domain problem

Hi, the issues with White Label are occurring only for some specific users. This is because sometimes there are conflicts that need to be resolved by our hosting service. Once the configuration is complete, it’s done.

That’s fine but then an easy way to get in touch about it would make sense.

We have our dns doubled: self-hosted and Bunny (which seems the common denominator).

Yes, that is the problem. We need to conduct a manual verification when both the user and Answerly are on the same hosting.
