With the WhiteLabel, how can I add a CNAME for each of my Workspaces, for each client, so it can be branded with their name?

With the WhiteLabel, how can I add a CNAME for each of my Workspaces, for each client, so it can be branded with their name?

I’m not seeing this, but since each account (under FacePop) includes it’s own CNAME, I believe I should be able to set up the same things for each client I sell this to. Please let me know how and where to add their CNAMES and then how can I assign the CNAME to their accounts. Can you provide instructions?

Gary

Hi, Gary

you are allowed to add one cname, you can’t create a whitelabel dashboard for each client.

I don’t understand. I’m not talking about a CNAME for a whitelabel dashboard, I’m just talking about a CNAME for each client so they can personalize the domain of their FacePop links, just like you provide for your regular accounts “For Professionals” that I see on FacePop - Pricing.

You state: " What’s included?"

CNAME
Enhance your online presence with FacePop’s CNAME feature, enabling you to personalize the domain of your FacePop links.

So since you provide this for your regular customers, this is simply what I want to provide for “my” regular customers. Just a CNAME to allow them to personalize the domain of their FacePop links. Not having anything to do with giving them a whitelabel dashboard.

With my whitelabel FacePop account, I just want to be able to provide to my customers, the same type of service that you offer. Your information also says “No branding. Keep your brand front and center.” So I just want to “hide” even my domain when my customers create their own links.

Please help and advise.

Gary

Hi Gary, the link that displays the Facepop requires you to create a custom domain. I will show you how to do that using Answerly, but the process is the same for Facepop.
