I am currently training a chatbot for an academy and have uploaded all necessary instructions into the knowledge base. However, after asking a question, the bot stopped responding. Could you assist me in identifying and resolving this issue?

Have you inserted an OpenAI key under LLM Options? (https://app.answerly.io/agents/llm-options)

If you have, is your API key from a paid OpenAI account, and not under any quota limits?

Thank you for your response, Fatos. Indeed, my client’s account with OpenAI is a paid one, but it seems to have a very low quota limit, which I suspect might be the cause of the issue.

Yes! It works fine. However, I notice that the platform is frozen and it doesn’t allow me to perform any actions.
