Calendar does not show/trigger in the chat (using Option resonse)

Hi Support Team,
My customer has this issue : the Calendar link stored in the knowledge base does not show/trigger in the chat window when the answer given by the user “Yes, I would like to book a call”. This given answar is a button type option. The Agent name is Rob. Please help to fix this.

I just checked your dashboard, you can’t use this kind of instruction inside the collect data.

this won’t trigger the calendar, you can only use this to provide some text or you can try to provide an url to the calendar.

the calendar need to be triggered by the customer

Please check this video, this is explaining how you can use the url to trigger the calendar after collecting the data from the user.
