Chat ends after data collection

Hi,
I think it would be nice if conversation did not end after data collection.
the only options now are “do nothing” or “open URL”
The chatbot should continue with the last thing
For example I ask it to book a meeting (I have a calendly-like thing) it asks for name, email and then thanks me and stops. so I have to type again that I want to book a meeting for it to work.

Hi Nathan,

What you can do is provide instructions for the last input field labeled “Final Instructions.” For instance, if the user has provided their email or indicated interest in our Service Type A, provide them with this link:http://www.example.com. If the user is interested in our Service Type B, then provide them with this link: http://www.exampleb.com

You can create a conditional response to instruct the user on what to do next based on their answers to the previous questions.
