Chat transcript emails & QR Code

Hi Fatos,

I’ve encountered an issue with the chat transcript emails. They are being sent after a conversation reset, but the emails are arriving empty – the conversation transcripts are not included. Can you please check this. olso an we please have an update the QR code that still shows answerly on the white label client site thank you.

Sure we are aware of this behavior and we will fix as soon as possible.

Thank you Simone. The QR CODE it is very important as the clients will not want to test the platform, without testing the Chatbot that we have built for them first. So this is the only way to share the Chatbots efficiently.
