I’d like to share my experience with you. After several feed backs from clients and potential clients, I’ve come across situations like this. When I activate the forms, it completely forces me to answer those questions, but if the client or user asks a question about something else, it completely disappears.

Is there any way you can make it activate the forms with some keywords or other? I think it’s essential that it collects the Name, Email and Phone number and the reason for the contact at the beginning, so that it can collect the data for a CRM. Perhaps a specific form with these fields could be an effective solution.

On the other hand, I’ve been told that it would be very useful to receive in an email all the chatbot’s daily conversations in pdf or csv format, so as to have a control of what the chatbot has answered badly in order to improve the conversation and train it according to the company’s needs.

I also get complaints that the photos are repeated a lot. I don’t know if you could make it so that the photos aren’t sent more than once to give the user confidence. Well, it’s not all bad… I have people who love the experience, but as I said, I have some clients who are a bit more demanding because of their size and prestige.
