Greeting message - Doubled

Why is the greeting message doubled?

Hi MMA184, we are aware of the double message issue and are going to release a fix very soon. We already know where this problem originates, and it’s an easy fix.
Thank you for bringing it to our attention. I will update this post as soon as it is fixed.

@Simone Hi Simone, The problem still exists. When will there be a solution or can the settings be changed? I can’t publish the bot like this:-(

Hi, Schlegel, I think you are receiving this double greeting, because your are logged into the dashboard, but your customer won’t see this happening. I guess this is related to duplicating the widget when you are on the dashboard.
