How can I change the look of the widget?
It’s a diamond shaped, and I can’t find where to change it.

That’s our bubble icon and for the time it can’t be changed! Let me know if you have other questions.
It’s not very estethic. At least the gradient on it ruins it and doesn’t look good in most colors. You should consider changing it immediately or have a selection between one color and gradient.

We are trying to establish a brand since all the chatbubbles look same in every other platform. We will add a second color in color studio so that you can at least use your own gradient, or two same colors to make it solid.
