Issues with Agency Plan and Client Access

Hello Team,

I currently have an agency plan, and my clients are unable to create their bots on Answerly portal (on my agency portal). Could you please look into this? The issue they’re facing involves upgrading their accounts to Pro account even after manually selecting the specific client and upgrading them into a Pro account.

Additionally, the other Answerly SaaS software is visible to them within the agency portal, which is not appropriate for my white-label setup.

Could you please rectify this? I have already sent an email regarding this matter. (on hi@answerly.io)
