Knowledge Hub

Following our recent Knowledge Hub update, I’d like to propose an enhancement that could significantly streamline our user experience: integrating the chatbot directly into the Knowledge Hub interface.

This integration would enable users to interact with and refine the chatbot’s responses without the need to switch between different pages. It’s a logical next step that complements our latest updates and will improve the platform’s efficiency.

Hi.Simone It might be best to actually have it on the conversation site. Where the fine-tuning is actually that would make more sense as you Fine tuning the questions you are in the same page
