the chatbot keeps asking if it should make an appointment and asks when is the best time. How can I programme the bot so that it does NOT ask such questions or so that it always offers a link to a booking calendar straight away?

I just checked your dashboard. I’m not able to understand German, but there could be a problem with how you instructed the chatbot. Please, first of all, try to disable the quality control options, especially the option to prevent unrelated conversations. Also, make sure you don’t have anything inside the business description, personality, and dataset that explicitly explains what to do when someone requests an appointment.
I have seen that you have multiple summaries, PDFs, website crawls, and Q&As. I would organize the knowledge hub in a different way. by making the documentation in one source and more clear.
I have also checked the business description and, in my opinion, it’s not descriptive of what the business is promoting. It sounds more like an article than a business description.
You can activate a calendar by utilizing the human take-over option, coupled with the interactive calendar dataset. Here, you can enter a description of when this should be triggered. By following my advice, you will also be able to remove those keywords from the human take-over.
