Hi, I have just checked the PDF you provided and also had a quick look at your dashboard.
I noticed that you were able to upload the same document name in another format. Now, I’m not sure why the PDF file won’t upload, but I can tell you that even if you manage to upload that document, you won’t get the results you are expecting for more than one reason.
A document that large needs to be designed in a way that is easy for ChatGPT to understand. In the PDF, there are many references to pictures and other details that will only create confusion.
So, what I’m trying to say is that you should work on the documentation and make it easier to understand. How can you do that?

Instead, you should create a concise document with titles and descriptions, and include a link to the guide. For instance, when a user asks a question such as how to group and ungroup, ChatGPT will locate that topic in the documentation and provide a brief description along with the link to the documentation page.
