Real-time Training. How often updated?

Hi there @Fatos @Simone, first of all congratulations on a great product your chatbot.

I have a question about the real-time training. How often does it update google sheet or google docs? Or does it only check load the real-time date when a new converstation starts? Could you explain this a bit more?

Hi, it’s not a fixed time; it depends on many factors, including how many users are using the syncing and Google’s response time. We have some security checks to prevent the system from failing, but basically, it can take from a few seconds to a few hours.

Not sure I understand. Could you please help me to get my head around this.

#1 Will the knowledgebase check every xx seconds if the real-time data has been updated? and if so update its knowledgebase…

#2 OR will it only do so when the chatbot is initiated? check if the data has been updated? and then reads the real-time data on the fly? and ads it to the knowledgebase…

#3 OR will it always read the real-time data on the fly?

The real-time data should update itself, but the timing is not fixed, it depends on many factors. it can take up to few seconds to few minutes to updates.
