Repeat of the intro chat message hundreds of times

You know the intro message you set with your chat widget e.g “hello I am a chatbot, you can ask me questions about xyz…” well, in one instance of my chat widget has entered that intro hundreds of times. I do not know if this will effect my account in any way and how it happened. There is no reply from me or anyone else. Just that intro message repeated hundreds of times.

Any thoughts?

This is happening to you either because you are logged into your dashboard or because you have embedded the widgets on the same website multiples time.
