I’ve had several clients or users say that sometimes the bot repeats the GDPR prompt after each message they send. Why can this be?
I’m thinking maybe it could be that they are refreshing the page before the message is sent? So when the page is loaded again they will receive two times the message? I will have the team to look into this.
nope. i saw it in action. it was like:
C: Hi, I’m wondering X.
B: First you need to accept GDPR
C:I agree
B: Thanks, info about X
C: Does that mean Y?
B: First you need to accept GDPR
C: I agree.
B: Thanks, Yes that means y, anything else?
C: Could I do Z?
B: First you need to accept GDPR
C: I accept.
B: Thanks, yes you can do Z
