SMTP settings in my whitelabel account for FacePop do not appear to be working

SMTP settings in my whitelabel account for FacePop do not appear to be working.

I tested my smtp settings at SMTP Test Tool and it passed perfectly. But in Facepop (in my white label area) I’m getting an error that says: Error SMTP Connection Failed.

Can you check this and help to fix it?
