How do i get the bot to stop saying “I can’t connect you to a human” when i got an embedded form within an iframe and contact information they can use to contact support without using the human handover function?
Hi, maybe you can try adding a string to the custom prompt, saying: not to mention that they cannot be connected to a human.

Yes, it seemed to be working for a while. But now it’s not.
I tried a couple of versions of this:
"Users can be connected to a human via a contact form (Kontakt - Nutrition Data) or our support e-mail, so do not claim that you cannot connect them to a human. "
UPDATE: I tried using stronger language, it worked once but not another so it’s not consistent. I will have to get back to you about this.
