Hello I’m a new user of Answerly (Tier 5). I have a question about the white label, how can I, as the Admin/Owner, enable and disable chatbot features based on plans that I created? Example, I would only want to allow the “Speak to Chat” feature in my highest plan offering and disable it in others. Currently I see no way to enable or disable features per client.
Features that I would like to enable / disable are:
Agents Limits - ability to set a limit on the number of agents that can be created per client/collaborator.
Chatbot Limits - ability to set a limit on the number of chatbots that can be created by a client/collaborator.
Speak to Text - ability to toggle this feature off or on by client. (if disabled, the feature would be hidden to client).
Knowledge Hub - ability to select and deselect all training options that a client is allowed to use (example: only allow photos would be allowed in a specific plan/workspace, it would be hidden on all other client workspaces).
Human Takeover - ability to enable or disable Human Takeover feature for clients based on plan. (if disable, the tab would be hidden to client).
Language and Translation String - ability to either set language to one or all based on client plan. If language it set to “one language”, the Translation String would automatically be hidden to the client/collaborator.
Collaborator (the term) - There should be a way to either call this “collaborator” or “client” because the email to a client mentions that we want them to be a collaborator. It may be subtle but that may imply that we are assisting the client in setup when we may only offer self-service.
Number of Collaborators - ability to set a limit to the number of collaborators a client/collaborate can invite to the client admin area.
Custom Code - ability to enable or disable this tab based on client plan (if disabled the tab would be hidden from client/collaborator)
iFrame Embed - ability to enable or disable this feature based on client plan (if disabled it would be hidden from client/collaborator).
Webhooks - ability to enable or disable this feature based on client plan (if disabled it would be hidden from client/collaborator).
If any of the above is possible, which I can’t find the area to make these changes, please let me know and if not please consider adding these to the product roadmap for implementation (sooner-than-later) because it’s hard to have a white label product but clients still have access to all the features that we do as product owners.
Thank you and I look forward to your feedback.
